Tie Down Engineering 26412 Piling Hoop.
Heavy Duty Piling Hoop for pilings up to 12” in diameter. The hoop is constructed of 1-1/2” pipe and is hot dip galvanized. It can be bolted directly to the side of the dock or to the optional Deck Plate (Part 26416).
